Oils

Oil paint is my preference over acrylic because it drys slower and allows the agility of moving, layering or gobbing paint over time. I love the smell, the permanence and traditon of oil painters before me. The play in oil paint is like no other. I like to layer a base coat, think about it and add to it over time. Sometimes pieces it's take years to finish and that option pleases me.
