Making art has always been an important part of my life, but I've only been calling myself an artist since I got my degree about 15 years ago.

Most mediums find their way into my art - watercolors, oils, encaustic paintings, printmaking, papermaking, collage, drawing with ink, charcoal, graphite and sculpture thrill me.

I am definitely a mixed media artist.

Inspiration for my art comes from everywhere - my travels, people's stories, everyday experiences, nature.
